Jumbie Horde privacy notice

Updated 29 September 2026

Who we are

Datalux Solutions, Trinidad and Tobago, operates DataluxTT Games and makes Jumbie Horde. We are responsible for the information described here. Contact support@dataluxtt.com with privacy questions.

This notice applies to the Jumbie Horde game at jumbiehorde.dataluxttgames.com, including when it is added to a phone or tablet home screen, and to the Jumbie Horde trailer page at jhtrailer.dataluxttgames.com. Our website privacy policy covers dataluxttgames.com itself.

In short

Jumbie Horde has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-game purchases or chat. It does not ask for your name, email address, location or any other personal details, and the game itself does not use cookies. Your progress is saved on your own device and is not sent to us.

Progress saved on your device

The game saves your progress in your browser’s local storage on the device you play on. This includes your Favour balance, Favour shop upgrades, story memories you have unlocked, stages you have cleared, your last chosen class, run totals and best time, and your settings such as volume, radar and damage numbers.

This saved progress stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is not linked to you. It is used only so the game can continue where you left off. Controller, keyboard and touch input is handled on your device while you play and is not recorded or sent anywhere.

Technical information when the game loads

When you open the game or the trailer page, our hosting and security provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested files and request times. This is needed to deliver the game files and video, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. The game’s fonts, images, music and code are all served from our own domain, so opening the game does not send requests to other companies.

Our hosting provider’s security features may set an essential cookie to tell genuine players from automated traffic and keep the game available. It is used for security, not advertising. See our cookie notice.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in delivering a secure, working game.

Who receives information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the game and the trailer page. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell or share players’ personal information for advertising.

We operate in Trinidad and Tobago, and Cloudflare may process technical information in other countries. Cloudflare explains its applicable international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its data processing terms.

Children

Jumbie Horde is suitable for a broad audience. Because the game does not collect names, contact details, accounts or other personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact support@dataluxtt.com and we will delete it.

Deleting your progress and how long information is kept

Saved progress stays on your device until you delete it. To delete it, open Settings in the game and choose Reset save, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Removing the game from your home screen may not delete saved progress; clear the site data as well to remove it completely.

Technical information is kept for the time needed to deliver and protect the game and investigate faults or abuse. If you email us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up or legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where applicable. Email support@dataluxtt.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Because saved progress is held only on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time as described above.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country or region. We do not make automated decisions about players that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Other versions and changes

If Jumbie Horde is released through an app store or a games console store, the store operator’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your store account, downloads and any store features. We will update this notice before any version of the game starts handling information differently.

We update this notice when the game’s handling of information changes and show the date of the latest update above.
