What we collect and why

When you visit: your browser sends technical details such as your IP address, device type and the pages you request. Our host, Cloudflare, uses them to deliver the site and block abuse. Security logs are kept for up to 31 days.
If you accept analytics: Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you found us, your device type, your approximate city and a random ID. We use it to see which pages are useful. Google’s advertising features are switched off. Data is deleted after 14 months. How Google uses this data.
If you email us: we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply, for up to 24 months after we last hear from you.

We rely on your consent for analytics, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering messages for everything else. Analytics is optional, and you only need to give your email address if you want a reply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@dataluxtt.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

You can object at any time to how we use your information for security or to answer messages. If you have a concern, please tell us first.

Children

If you’re under 16, ask a parent or guardian before accepting analytics. If you think a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we’ll delete it.
